How are you doing? I have been missing your comments on your blog....just wondering if you are managing to hang in there. I know it sometimes seems like a long road.
By the way, I thought of a treat that I sometimes eat when I want something really GOOD. I make a mock banana split. Put a banana in the fridge, and get it nice and cold. Then slice it into a bowl. Add about 2 tsp lite Cool Whip, drizzle 1 tsp of chocolate syrup on top, and add about a T. of peanuts. It tastes just like a banana split! And at least it is mostly fruit, and some protein from the nuts. It hits the spot when I want ice cream.
Hope you are doing well! And I hope we hear a little more about your journey soon. Even if it is just about th struggles. Because believe me, I still have them too, and I am sure many others can relate. :)
