Friday Weigh-in 1/18/08

Another morning facing the scale. I am only weighing myself once a week. I will not be tied to what I am doing each day....it is about the long haul.

That said.....

Current Weight: 362
Last week's Weight: 367
Loss for the week: 5


Starting Weight: 383 Total Loss: 21

Yeah, I never use the scale. So many variables effect day-to-day variances in weight (mostly water) so a daily weigh-in is never an accurate telling of fat loss and can tend to mislead. Especially because if you use resistance or weights you may even GAIN [muscle] weight, and I don't want that to scare or frustrate my efforts. In that case, bring it on!!! :) My clothes are my scale. Feeling healthy and having more energy is more than enough to keep me plowing away. Of course, we want to celebrate whether Mike sheds 1lb, 80lbs, or more, so in this case the scale is good! Yay Mike!!!
