Got back on the bike this week. Not easy but needed. More bike next week!

Way to go Mike! You are back in the losing game big time! You have reached a higher number of pounds lost than before, and that has to feel good!

For me, the exercise is the hardest thing. I can't wait until the day comes when I will "LOVE" exercise. (They say if you do it all the time, you start to like it.) I've yet to see that for myself! Ha ha!

Thanks for your continued support! I'm not sure I will ever really LOVE exercise...I will LOVE what it does for me but I don't think it will ever come easy for me.

Hey mike,
Bob M. here. The bike really does the trick. Keep up the routine even if you u cant stand it . Tip: close your eyes while on the bike, you'll go longer without realizing it.
P.S. Need to get another turkey burger wrap soon.
